We never serve an even number of cheeses
We don't put only one dedicated knife, especially if we have several types of cheese.
But then, how do we do it?
We choose several knives, ideally those whose use is adequate according to the consistency of the dough (we will come back to this…)
You can add a few grapes, jams, chutneys and other nuts to make it look pretty and fun!
And above all, we order a nice platter from Nicolas Julhès !
