It is placed 2 cm from the edge of the table, spaced 50 cm from its neighbors.
It sometimes lands on the 29 cm presentation one, intended to occupy space during plate changes.
It can be topped with a small plate for the starter or a deep plate for the soup. At the top left, you can also place a small bread plate.
