Why we never say "Bless you"

You never say 'Bless you' to someone who sneezes because it's rude and embarrassing for the person to whom it happens.

No kidding Duchess?!

It's not a joke, it's body noise, so it's up to the person sneezing to apologize and the other to say "please".
