We don't cut it at the table, we don't place it on its back (it's the executioner's), nor anywhere... We don't bite into it or sauce it!
 
Ok, so tell us Duchess!
 
If it is not already cut in a cup, it is broken by hand and placed on its left, at the top; on the table at lunch and on a bread plate (if not a saucer) at dinner. Something else ?
