Chocolate is undoubtedly the best friend of gourmands and gourmets. And I'm very proud to say that if this is possible, it's thanks to me!
Cultivated on different continents such as India, Indonesia, Africa or even South America, where I come from, I am found in a pod, the fruit of the cocoa tree, which can contain up to sixty cocoa beans. . Harvested by hand, I go through many processes in order to give the best of myself: fermentation, drying, roasting, different techniques that develop my aromas so that the cocoa finally arrives. And it's when I'm crushed that I offer the quintessence of my little seed...

This is where the serious things begin, because it is with this paste and this cocoa butter that we have extracted, that we will make the chocolate. There is something for everyone: by adding sugar, vanilla, spices, hazelnuts... White, milk or dark, all lovers of cocoa pleasures will find what they are looking for.

My taste richness is such that great chocolate makers do not hesitate to travel the world: Ecuador, Brazil, Cameroon or Madagascar, in order to find the bean that will make them the kings of the creation of little chocolate jewels that will satisfy you as soon as that the desire will be felt, or to enchant his loved ones at the slightest occasion: Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas parties.

A little seed from distant lands, I have the chance to provide small pleasures thanks to the real goldsmith work of great chocolate artisans.
