Very clearly this episode is more technical but it's been so long that I wanted to know how to turn an artichoke to be able to cook it.
When I see them in a bouquet, these artichokes pepper the summer on the shelves, I find them so pretty. Now, thanks to Yoric, I know how to work them!!
