They are selected on the farm from their own harvest, multiplied and resown from year to year. Natural chickpeas of GERS origin and reproducible, NOT F1 hybrids.

The ingredients are natural. The chickpeas are rehydrated and cooked directly in their jar in salted water with Guérande salt.

Usage tips :
Chickpeas cooked to drain. Two-tone chickpeas and delicious in a salad, to be mixed with herbs, spices, raw vegetables, garlic, olive oil, lemon… or to be mixed hummus-style (chickpea cream) or falafel-style (hummus dumplings). Find the recipes on this site. Keep the water from the chickpeas (called Aquafaba) and beat it like egg whites. Perfect substitute for egg white.
