A coffee from Honduras and more precisely from the mountains of Santa Barbara. The plantation is ideally located between two oceans and between Guatemala and Honduras, so it has the advantage of a climate and an altitude (1500 to 1800 m) perfect for excellent quality coffee growing. In recent years, this region has become a pioneer in organic farming and fermentation. Reynaldo Enamorado with his 8-hectare micro-farm has become a figurehead of this movement.

A new variety perfectly mastered in Santa Barbara, the Enamorado provides a round and ample cup, long in the mouth with notes of chocolate. The natural fermentation produces delicious notes of red fruits and cascara. A gourmet coffee like jam! It is eaten every day and at any time.
