Volano B2 is the latest and most compact slicer of the Berkel flywheel family of the modern era. However a blade of 265 mm in diameter, far superior to competitors in its category, the new flywheel slicer Berkel B2 has super compact dimensions that allow easy positioning in the kitchen. The handwheel rises above the legs by only 33 mm at the bottom and thus allows the opening of the drawers under the work bench; as usual Berkel pays attention to detail and in this case it becomes even more important. It is a harmonious and well-proportioned object; it retains all the distinctive elegance of our Flywheel Slicers, not to mention the perfect cut long sought after by our founder Wilhelmus van Berkel.
