This small organic spelled is a mixture of Haute Provence variety and Laréole in the Gers. It is selected on the farm naturally and resown from year to year.

The ingredients are natural. The spelled is cooked directly in the jar in salted water with Guérande salt.

Usage tips :
Small spelled to drain and ready to eat. Can be cooked like rice, in a salad or hot, sautéed with vegetables, variegated tomato sauce, herbs and spices.
