Furikaké…késako…C’est un condiment, une épice, un assaisonnement, un peu tout ça on va dire, mais c’est surtout une source de joie dans la cuisine de tous les jours. Le furikaké c’est le sel japonais, revu à la sauce française avec des épices de chez nous par la talentueuse et néanmoins délicieuse Natsuko Dumarais et sa complice Julie Renaud.
