The ingredients are natural. Fair trade cane sugar is unrefined. Gelling agents and binders are natural: Agar Agar is a natural gelling agent extracted from seaweed (gelidium sesquipedale). Arrowroot is a natural starch (starch powder, gluten-free) extracted from the rhizome of a plant, Maranta.
Usage tips :
Can be eaten like jam on buttered toast, with cheese or dairy.
