Vacuum from Berkel is the ideal complement to the slicer, which guarantees the preservation of flavors and preserves the freshness and quality of food in addition to avoiding unnecessary waste.
The dimensions have been designed to obtain the highest performance with minimum space: on the kitchen top, the occupied surface is only 44 cm wide and just over 23 cm deep; in case of very narrow spaces, thanks to its reduced thickness (only 11 cm), after use, Vacuum can be conveniently stored vertically.
